Youth Dream offers support to young people through counselling, mentoring, environmental education, mental and sexual health support, club activities and adult parenting support. They support young people into employment and organise community action projects and digital support for older people. This grant is for a support work project with The Academy School, supporting young people and carers by running mental health support groups, an education catch up group and a bereavement support group.
