Children, young people and families are at the heart of YMCA DownsLink Group, with a particular focus on the needs of young people who find themselves on the fringes of society and need support. They have adapted from physical youth clubs to an online virtual safe space with positive activities and trusted youth workers, three evenings a week. This grant will help to provide safe spaces, through buying specialist content, covering subjects including emotional wellbeing, gaming, and scooter skills. It will also fund the purchase of one tablet.
