SCDA builds stronger, healthier, more inclusive communities across East Sussex. A network of community centres, SCDA develops services that are driven by need and community involvement, are person-centred and meet local needs holistically. The grant will support 13 vulnerable people with complex needs and experiencing financial hardship to participate in six 50-minute sessions of one-to-one counselling support with no fee over the next four months.
