The Rita Project works in rural East Sussex raising awareness and supporting those experiencing domestic abuse.They run projects in schools and rural communities and with homeless people. This grant is to support non-specialist SCDA workers with specialist domestic abuse expertise & knowledge in a time of increased demand, for six months. Their partnership will ensure they can bridge the gap between the support function of SCDA and the specialist knowledge of The Rita Project, enabling an informed and appropriate response for people experiencing abuse.
