RISE provides crisis refuge for up to fifteen families and a complex needs dispersed refuge. This funding will help them pay staff costs to cover for those staff who are self-isolating or ill, to upgrade and improve technology to offer a good remote service and to cover the cost of emergency housing, food and essentials for those self-isolating and at risk.
