Possibility People provide free, independent information and support to all, including disabled people, their carers, families and friends. They aim to support and involve disabled people to have equal rights, a voice and control over issues affecting their lives. This grant is for 3 months core costs to continue their crisis response programme: connecting beneficiaries to appropriate services, providing weekly telephone calls, zoom socials and workshop materials.
