Making it Out manage creative design and manufacture training and employment placements for people leaving prison (and others at risk of ending up there) without support. During the lockdown, the group has stopped running services and will open again with limited numbers in June. Through a partnership with One Church Brighton, they have been offered the use of a rural barn near Steyning, allowing them to work safely and easily keep social to distancing measures. This grant will support the improvement of the space, some equipment for participants and the travel from Brighton & Hove to Steyning.
