Hands of Hope deliver activities to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of people and their communities’ by connecting them with nature and each other. This grant is for their new project of creating 2 market gardens offering daily, safe, volunteering sessions as well as partnering with Rye Food Bank to deliver fresh, weekly veg boxes to their beneficiaries. This grant is for providing the community with tools and supplies to get growing.
