Fresh Start Portslade runs a community café, which acts as the hub for all free activities for Portslade people of all ages. They work with local people to develop project ideas, offer support and training, and create community cohesion with all backgrounds and ages. This grant will enable them to re-employ a part-time Older People Coordinator to manage, plan and lead a range of older people activities including a weekly coffee club, health walks, a cookery club, gardening, various IT courses, and an exercise club.
