Feedback works to combat food waste and to build a sustainable and healthy food system. An expert voice, they are regularly called upon by business and government for advice, and a practical actor, running projects and community events to utilise surplus food and prevent food waste. This grant is to train a local person who has been in long-term unemployment to work in their kitchen and be paid the Living Wage Foundation wage. It will also help to pay for additional kitchen equipment.
