Crew Club provides a weekly programme of free activities for children and families that live on the Whitehawk Estate in Brighton. Their current activity programme (suspended due to Covid-19) includes Safe Start after school club, drama and music sessions, homework club, girls and boys youth football, and boxing This grant will help to fund a new temporary part-time sports worker who will develop new sport and fitness sessions to add to their existing programme for children, young people and families and will include a children’s running club, adult, primary and secondary multi-sport sessions and primary and secondary basketball.
