Coastal Wellbeing is a not-for-profit social enterprise based in Lewes and Newhaven, providing Wellness Recovery Action Plan and other wellbeing services and professional training. This is a simple, structured, self-management tool providing people with a framework to explore what they can do to maintain their wellbeing. Funding will support the wellbeing and counselling service remotely i.e. by phone, email, social media or video conferencing, both one-to-one or group work.
