Citizens Advice 1066 provides general advice to people in Hastings. Since the pandemic arrived, this has been through the telephone, email and webchat with some limited face-to-face appointments. They have also focused on digital inclusion and financial capability support. This grant will be for a volunteer supervisor/ digital coach and overheads, such as insurance and premises costs, in order to continue to upskill in digital knowledge, platforms, services and grow the confidence of our existing volunteers and train new volunteers so that they are able to support clients in accessing digital information and services.
