CEDP Chinese Centre was established to address the disadvantages faced by Chinese people in accessing existing educational, training and employment opportunities or participating in community activities. This funding will support the management of the group’s WeChat database, in order to chek on people to determine their current situation and to keep those in need in regular contact, including providing an emergency interpreting service. It will also fund mental health workshops over Zoom, WeChat Live sessions of Baduanjin exercises and a immune system-boosting Zoom cooking show.
