Brighton Permaculture Trust promote sustainability, biodiversity and community cohesion though running courses in horticulture, fruit growing, sustainable design and building plant community/school orchards. They manage 6 small organic orchards, provide opportunities for volunteers and collect unwanted local fruit and make fruit juices.
