Summary
Calling all Chagossian Groups in Crawley. Applications to the Chagossian Fund are open for 2023/24. To help community groups with their applications, and for support with the development of ideas for your project or organisation, we will be hosting drop-in sessions in Crawley on Thursday 23 November between 1 pm and 5 pm.
During these drop-in sessions we will provide guidance, answer your questions, and offer meaningful advice on how to develop a successful application to the Chagossian Fund at Sussex Community Foundation. We can also provide support with your organisation’s governance and financial management.
We encourage all interested community groups and organisations to join us at the drop-in session. We would particularly like to encourage groups who have not accessed support or are new to contacting the Foundation.
Sussex Community Foundation is working in partnership with Crawley Community Action and RPD Foundation to deliver these sessions. Hannah Clay, Karl Parks and Daran Bennett, from each organisation respectively, will be available to talk to you on the day.
Drop in Sessions will be at The Orchard, 1-2 Gleneagles Court, Brighton Road, Crawley, West Sussex. RH10 6AD.
