Mentoring Opportunities

Charity Mentors Sussex is an established charity providing focused 121 mentoring for leaders or managers within the Third Sector across the county. Whether you run a charity, community group or a CIC, help is at hand to support you with the strategic challenges within your organisation. A simple one-page application followed by a short online interview is all that’s needed to get you started on your mentoring journey.

For more information and an application for this free of charge service, simply visit the Charity Mentors website.

Community Works also offers a programme for groups in Brighton and Hove, aimed at leaders and emerging leaders across the voluntary and community sector. Their programme matches those in organisations in Brighton, Hove, Adur or Worthing with experienced volunteer mentors who provide one-to-one support. After the matching process, which sees the pairing up of mentees and mentors who have complimentary interests, pairs meet once a month for six months.

The next cohort will be invited to apply towards the end of the year, so please keep an eye on their website for more information.
