HARC provides free and confidential welfare benefit advice, information and representation. The uncertain world created by Covid-19 requires more support to already vulnerable people and those not previously considered vulnerable. Their work has been severely impacted by the crisis. In response, they are conducting much of it remotely. Limited home working equipment has reduced the number of clients they can support. This grant will fund the necessary technology to adapt to the emerging needs of their clients and anticipate these adaptations be required for a year, in line with Government social distancing rules.
