As a response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the villages of the parish of Ewhurst (that is, Staplecross, Cripps Corner and Ewhurst Green) has recruited over 55 volunteers who are providing essential support to residents who are isolated and/or experiencing health problems, including life-limiting illnesses. This grant will fund reimbursement of volunteer fuel expenses and mobile phone expenditure (April-October 2020).
